1. The Kerala Backwaters
The Kerala Backwaters are a network of interconnected many canals, rivers, lakes and inlets, more than 900 km of waterways lying parallel to the Arabian Sea coast (Malabar Coast) of Kerala state in south India. The important rivers near the place are the Valapattanam river, Chaliar, Kadalundipuzha, Bharathapuzha, Chalakudy river, Periyar, Pamba, Achancoil, and Kalladayar. 35 more small rivers and rivulets flowing down from the Ghats other than these. The backwaters have a differ ecosystem and from the Arabian Sea, freshwater from the rivers meets the seawater.

The Belum Caves which are located in the Belum village in Kolimigundla Mandal of the district Kurnool in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The Caves is the largest and longest cave open to the public on the Indian subcontinent. This natural cave system underground was formed over the course of tens of thousands of years by the continued flow of underground water. The length of Belum Caves is 3,229 meters (10,593.8 ft.), which is comes after the first largest natural caves on the Indian Subcontinent- the Krem Liat Prah caves which are in Meghalaya.
5. Lake Dal
The second largest lake in the state is DAL Lake in Srinagar which is the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Dal Lake is integral to tourism and also recreation in Kashmir and is named- “Jewel in the crown of Kashmir”. The shoreline of the lake is about just 15.5 kilometers, is encompassed with Mughal era gardens, parks, boats and many hotels. the Scenic views of the lake witnessed from the shoreline gardens, such as Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh built during the reign of Mughal Emperor-king Jahangir.
